We recently bought a home in Bradenton, Florida and Ron Greene was exceptional in helping us throughout the process. The major challenge was we had accepted a contract on our existing home in another state and had a short timeframe to find a home in Florida. We put together a list of homes we wanted to tour during a 2 day visit to Florida and Ron pulled off several miracles to make it happen. We found the home we liked and the sellers accepted our offer. While we then returned to our home state, Ron was able to setup and personally attend all of the inspections for us, which was a tremendous help. We recently relocated to Lakewood Ranch from the Jacksonville area. Starting with our first phone call to your office, Ron was very thorough and responsive. While still in Jacksonville, we corresponded extensively with Ron, while we narrowed down communities which may be of interest. When we visited the area in March, we had already eliminated many communities and home models. Ron pre-arranged an entire day of tours to new home communities and his contacts with sales agents were a key to the personalized service that we received. We visited numerous subdivisions and eventually decided to purchase the Pompeii model in Mallory Park at Lakewood Ranch. Ron stayed in touch with us throughout the construction process, periodically checking in to see how things were going. When we had our final walk-through with the builder, Ron joined us and provided valuable feedback to the project manager about “punch list” items that needed to be addressed. Ron also attended our closing on August 24. Once again, his expertise and experience were most helpful. He asked key questions to the closing coordinator and we appreciated having an advocate present, during this stressful experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Ron Greene, and we’re grateful for his ongoing concern and high level of customer service.
